Hacking Wiisx installation on Wii U

I can't seem to make Wiisx work on my wii U

I have a Wii U with haxchii channel. I didnt hack the vWii channel though.
Can Wiisx be loaded with the wiiu homebrew channel? Or even installed as a wiiu channel, or do I need to be in vWii?

I downloaded wiiSXR-beta2.3 and put it in my sd card but it's not showing up.

wiisx is wii homebrew, you need to run it in vWii.

Consider a PSX core for Retroarch on WiiU.
