I think it looks kinda ghetto and cheezy, just my opinion. But interesting idea, still stickin to my original sys menu though. Dont feel the need to change what works.

is posible to return to the original menu if i have already changed the menu?¿
It's just a dol file and does not replace the original system menu, read the first page.

Although it looks quite nice, I don't really feel the need to change my system menu. Plus it's in German.

It's actually open-source, so I'll have a look at it's source code.
If it will really be something interesting and promising, I can actually try to translate it and maybe even add some features.

UPD: Oh damn, this guy keeps .dols, not the source code in his SVN

My guess: He stole some code from other apps, and don't want to credit those people/needs some time to write his own code.

Otherwise, I also don't see any reason not to go Open-Sorce, would only help the project...

I doubt he stole it some developers don't like to release things early because they are afraid of it branching into something better and quicker than they can develop or because they don't want their code being stolen.

On a seperate note, if it's just a dol file, wouldn't we be able to edit the language with a hex editor?

I don't think it would be that hard. Just a thought.

I tried this but couldn't find any of the words in the DOL with a search.

I did.... I found 98% of them... I'll search for more and probably upload by tomorrow.

Nice work, just don't go changing the text to say JJ-KWIK on every page!

Lol why you guys even try to change the text i mean i don´t want to make it bad but it´s really nothing special and far away from a real menu replacement

It actually looks pretty amazing. Just got to finish it up and add any extras you would want on a system menu. Then do language translations. A complete system menu replacement still hasn't been done, it would be awesome to see one.

it does seem amazing..
There's a lot of work put into this...
To be honest...i'm gratefull some "guys" (all developers) spend precious hours behind a keyboard doing homebrew stuff...not just for them, but for all.

In topic: i would love to see sharper animations, but i guess a project is not yet released, so i'm waiting to see.
