Misc WiiMMFi Quick Question PLEASE ANSWER!

So on wiimmfi.de/mkw, there are coded that tell things.
For example
Vs=versus race
Bt= battle
Etc
But what does room mean, and why are some peoples status (guest or host) red instead of black??

mouseover 'role', second line. And third line declares "red". It this tooltip is very old, like many other tooltips.
