Hardware Wiikey update 1.9b help

Hey guys. Well since the config disc was just released i thought it was about time i updated my wiikey. I download the wiikey 1.9b update and try to burn it to my dvd but it didn't work so i read the readme saying i had to do something weird if i had an -R dvd.... (which ofcourse i had)

"To burn the image to a DVD-R, it should first be padded as many DVD recorders will not burn the image in its original size correctly. This can be by executing the following command (assuming you are in update/ directory): filechop.exe wkupdate.1.9b.xx.iso 1459978240 where xx corresponds to your region. This will create a 1.4GB image which can be recorded using Image Burner or other"

to be exact

Anyways i have no idea what that means so if someone were to explain it to me i'd be really grateful!

i just burnt it, as is, with CloneCD and it worked perfect

List the exact steps you are taking, You haven't really said enough for us to help you...

i told you what to do.

Open Clonecd
Click Write from ImageFile
Open the iso of your region as it came
Click burn


if you can't figure that out/get that to work you have a lot more to worry about than updating your wiikey
