Hacking Wiikey scrubbed game issues

Okay soo
I got my hands on baroque but its scrubbed pal game
It wont load in disk channel
wont load in gecko when i force ntsc
but it will load in gecko when i dont force anything
but its black and white
any answers or help would be awesome

Your TV doesn't support the PAL signal that's why it's in black and white.

The game only contains PAL video code. Get my toy R6:

And try first with force NTSC 480i, then if that doesn't work, PAL 576i -> NTSC 480i.
