ntsc wii w/ standard cables

We Cheer NTSC
only problems occur when choosing a song (much lag in music).
gameplay runs smoothly, but either game is incredibly hard or movements dont match with music beat.

i forgot to mention, this game is terrible.
congrats to anyone that can beat a song.

fifa 09 all play loads and then has a black screen.

but why is it marked as playable in the compatibility list.

I also have a PAL Wii and Fifa 09 All Play Pal and works perfectly!

If you haven't already, try burning the disc at 2.4x, I've done it with all my games so far.

Wii PAL Australian
Wii HD component cables (by MadCatz)
Wiigator (all default settings) + CIOS6
TDK DVD-R @ 4x

House of the Dead 2 & 3 - PAL - Works - minor gfx glitches (due to slow load speeds) and generally long load times

Hi,

Done my first backup yesterday night (damn, took a long time lol) and try the backup launcher this morning, i can confirm scuj1

FIFA09 All Play PAL
(Burned on a DVD-R Sony at 2x on a lite-on DVD+- RW)

Thanks for your work

Ps : Sorry for my bad english... i m a frenchie frog lol

why is my fifa 09 PAL version not working, i just get a black screen after the second fifa loading screen. i can still shut off the wii and when i push the home button it shows the homebutton in a red circle. so i think it didnt freeze.

maybe theres someone who can help me

Mario Kart - PAL - Gets stuck on 3rd stage of the Bannana Cup, 2nd stage of the Mushroom Cup possibly many more

Could this be the fault of a bad burn ? Also ImgBurn didnt want to burn the file - it said its invalid. Nero burnt it but only after giving me an error aswell - perhaps this is the reason. The copy i used was MOMENT's release

Because there are alot of Americans contributing to the NTSC List, I decided to throw in my experience with the WIIGATOR backuplauncher with PAL Games. Hopefully this information is somewhat usefull or maybe not...

Do you not understand that Nuke has nothing to do with this, wants no part of it and started a bunch of trouble because of it?

I`m sorry, i changed it to wiigators backuploader...

PAL Wii with Component cables (Nintendo)
Normal Launcher settings

We Cheer NTSC

Works great!

Problems:
Same as NTSC Wii; "Lags during song selection"
Longish loading times

Very difficult game but good fun

On a NTSC Wii:
Naruto EX 2 - works w/ lagging intro
Metroid Prime 3 - resets Wii after controler safety screen
I'm getting that also and I'm using 3.3U

QUOTE(ppc_gba @ Oct 2 2008, 10:20 PM) metroid prime 3 works fine for me, do u have the 3.3 system menu?
At what speed did you burn it?

This is weird. WarioWare: Smooth Moves [NTSC] crashes for me when I got to Dribble & Spitz's Boss Stage. Tried forcing settings but none worked. I'll check it by burning the game again, I hope it works. This game rocks. :

Hello. I was just wondering if i could get some tips on some stuff.

1:Are DVD-RW's okay to use? If so is there a recommended burn rate for them?

2:Which list is more up to date? The wiki or the list on the first page?

3: Is there any plans for a backup loader that reads discs at 6X speed? Is wiigator's still being supported?

Also in regards to Okami i found some game saves at wiisaves.com You may want to try one that says it's a brand new save and see if the beginning cutscene does not work but the rest of the game does.

Hope to be testing games soon(buying SD card today)

DVD-RW are working for a few fellas, you need to try that out, and tell us if it worked, I recomend you burn the DVD at the speed it says, I burnt all my backups at 16X because the DVD says so.

the list on this thread is for the WiiGator's Launcher and it is super up-to-date (except for the Need For Speed Carbon, wich I have post like 100000000 times it works perfect with the same problems as all other games).

There's a plan for making it 6X speed, but we all have to be patience about it

Saludos...!!!

Alright.. Here's another for the list.

The Legend Of Spyro : The Eternal Night

Does not work. The menu is buggy [laggy]. Then after trying to start the game, it crashes while loading.

Tested version: NTSC [Dumped by MARVEL]

Used a Verbatim 16x DVD-R.

According to the Wiki, does work on Waninoko's either.

[PAL] PES 2008

Works perfectly. Only for the intial load up of the menu is slow but after that it loads fast. WiFi even worked though was pretty bad. Very slow. The Campaign thing even worked for me although the Wiki says it doesnt. Burned Verbatim DVD-R at 4x in Imgburn.
