Hacking WiiFlow Using NAND Backup?

Hello, I'm a little confused as to how WiiFlow's virtual NAND is set up.

I presume I set the location of the virtual NAND, copy it, then point WiiFlow to the location of the NAND back up on my USB HD.

Fine, I did that, all went well, but every time I launch a channel, it locks up immediately, or at least tries to load the game, then locks up. What am I missing?

I FINALLY got it, with the exception of Castlevania Rebirth and MDK 2 not working, all seems well thus far.
