Homebrew Wii64 Left Stick not working?

So I recently got Wii64 and tried to play the Shindou version of Mario 64 (I was trying to get the normal USA version but ended up with this one somehow), but the Left Stick on the Classic Controller wasn't working. Every other button worked just fine. Can someone help me?

Not sure I know what the solution is to your specific question. But I would try Not64 first instead of Wii64. Not64 can be downloaded here http://www.gc-forever.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2723 post 1.
