Gaming wii virtual console constant lag

Every virtual console (n64) game I tried has choppy sound and slow (around 70% speed) except mario 64 which runs perfectly
I tried loading them both directly from wii menu and from usb loader gx
I searched everywhere but it seems no one has ever had the same issue
I'm on IOS61 v19.26 and wii 4.1E if that helps

Sorry for necrobump, but...

@nordinb6, have you tried using IOS58? and have you tried updating the Wii Menu to 4.3? (4.3E because of your region)

Is it strange that it slows you down so much? because I have loaded properly all vc games start and work properly, I have 4.3e software, so try to update, maybe this is the reason. And as for other vc snes, nes etc. is the same?

I had the same issue. My console was on 4.3E and latest cIOS, all NTSC Wii VC games were slowed down. To fix this, you need to load them via USB Loader GX and force the region to NTSC.
