Hacking wii update 3.2e

Where can I get a copy of wii update 3.2E and burn on a dvd to update my WII ?
My wii is not connected online...

Certain games contain the new 3.2E update, I don't think that it's possible to update through a dvd?

What is the latest wiikey firmware and WII system update so that virtual console will work?
Do I use wiikey config disk or 1.9S update iso?
I read somewhere is the forum but can not find it anymore?
My system is NTSC (USA)

till now no game include the 3.2 firmware update inside, just aviaible from internet...

but thanks to bushing, the 3.2 update partition exist (he made it by hand).

so am i right in thinking that this will update my Pal machine from 3.1e to 3.2e ?

also is it safe to use even though my machine isn't semi bricked ?

In theory, it shud just update ur wii as normal, when it fixes semi-bricked machines, it just updates the firmware to a newer firmware which fixes all corrupted settings and so on, so this should just update ur wii

the above method mentioned by logical-dude works fine, I used it and updated from 3.1E to 3.2E

one thing I noticed is that my News channel/Weather etc cant be accessed with out agreeing to a agreement with Nintendo and I assume also a further firmware download, is this new agreement and firmware safe? or is it a trap waiting to be activated?
