Hi all, after numerous attempts using different Linux images in a vertical machine, I still haven't managed to compile Vanilla

Search Wii U Vanilla for the git, as can't post links

What linux distribution and version have those who've been successful used?

I have compiled it successfully on both Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04.

Btw, currently the newest build binary from the repo AND self-build from latest source will BOTH fail to connect to the console.

If you want to try it out, use the earlier version in Jun 2024, if you can find or compile it.

Hello, can u share your binary file for June 2024 build, i can't find the older version of wii u vanilla on the GitHub, also i use 22.04 Ubuntu build.

New to this, I used the latest version with a compatible adapter from the list and it didn't sync.
Does anyone know which version I could look for and where?

Free tip: if you can enable MultiDRC on your Wii U, Vanilla can be used as a capture unit for the DRC stream while you play with an actual GamePad.

Unless you're specifically playing Multi DRC Space Game.
