Wii U Homebrew Rpx files not working with Web Exploit? It is mandatory to have the Haxchi?

If so, I'm pretty bad, because here in Venezuela, all international currencies are blocked by the current government for 4 years, in July that block will be 5 years.

What version of the HBL are you using? If I recall correctly the homebrew launcher has the ability to launch .rpx files as of version 1.4

So you would launch HBL 1.4 Via the web exploit and then launch .rpx files from HBL?
