Hardware Wii U restarting

can someone tell me why my Wii U restarts when I plug my USB game pad charger into the Wii U.

It recognizes it as a USB storage device, so it restarts. I guess we can store games on the Gamepad!

Quite strange, actually.

No one else has ever reported this happening. Try moving something over to the Gamepad and see what happens! If it works, you will change the world!
