I might not be able to help out much, but I can tell you it doesn't matter whether your devices are Toshiba. I am using a Desktop computer and an Azio adapter, and it worked fine.
Is this compatible with emulators like pcsx2 and dolphin?
Also I read somewhere that the analog sticks can only be used digital. Is that true?
So are the analog sticks digital or analog?I can confirm that it works perfectly with PCSX2. Dolphin doesn't seem to recognize it however.
If you mean the triggers then they are digital. All analog sticks are analog... LolSo are the analog sticks digital or analog?

They seem to be analog. I get the xinput files to work with it, so they should be.
But according to other users the analog sticks work digital and will be analog only in a future version.
What .dll files? If they function as 360 sticks do you mean they work analog?using the program, this is true(though each stick can be mapped to mouse). however, using the .dll files, they function as 360 sticks.

pcsx2.
Isn't this the same but better? (with proper analog analog stick support)
