Homebrew Wii U powers off when booting Gamecube injects

I have made around 60 gamecube injects and they were all tested by me and worked. But today I made a new one Turok Evolution, when I choose it on the Wii U menu it shows the Wii icon as it's booting into vWii and shows where Nintendont is initializing the memory card, but then the Wii U completely powers off by itself. I thought it was just the new inject but others that previously worked are doing the same thing. I am running CHBC Wii U firmware 5.53.

Edit: it seems to only be with games that I haven't played before, the ones that have a save work. The ones that need to make a memory card turn off my Wii U. Any fix?

In nintendont memcard emulation is set to on and memcard blocks are 251.

I updated to latest Nintendont boot.dol and now all games say "failed to create memory card file"

Unlike your first post, at least you were trying to help on this one. But that's not it just deleted about 10 saves and still crashes.

delete the nincfg.bin at the root of the device(s) your are using for nintendont and reenter the configuration on the loader

there is an option to create one memcard for pal and ntsc games and another one for japanese ones. i toggled that option. backup your saves and arrange them. then create the second memory card on nintendont and put all you pal-ntsc games in one memcard and all jap saves into the other one. in jap games it will save into memcard 2 instead of 1

oh forgot to mention if at least 1 save is corrupted the whole memcard is rekt sorry

I put the new Nintendont boot.dol in the wrong place I put it in /apps/Nintendont instead of sdcard/nintendont, so that fixed the games that already have a saved. So the whole memory card isn't wrecked, only a problem for new saves. I might have to download every gamecube iso that doesn't have a save and make a save on vwii so it'll have a save on the Wii U side.

yeah i think you already have those isos because you need them to do the injects

The problem is i don't even know which games are pal or usa. I just randomly made injects with different versions. It never mattered until now.

Could you or someone upload their working Nintendont cfg because since I can't run a game I can't even make changes to the settings.

you know what reinstall the whole thing maybe that will work if that doesnt work you are messed up sorry

I'm going to try to make another inject with teconmoon's vc injector and change the settings in the sd card menu, that might help. I'll also try to reinstall Nintendont.

thats why its wrong teconmoons injector is trash there are some inject options in wii u usb helper. just search your game, (not all games can be found) start downloading and provide the iso. you will need java. if you dont have java the helper will provide you the link to get it.

Teconmoon's injector has all the same settings as Nintendont and you can save the .cfg to your sd card from there. I can't make the changes on Nintendont because it won't let me load the iso. It's a good program I've installed over 100 games in all with it.

I figured it out and it was something so simple yet something I wouldn't guess. The sd card little button that makes it write protected on the left side got moved down somehow to where it's read only, so when Nintendont would try to create a save it would crash. Moved the button back up and it's working again lol.
