Gaming Wii U not reading brawl disc

Hi.
Today I wanted to play some project m on my wiiu but my wiiu didn't read the brawl disc. (fucking retailer didn't get smash wiiu)

But my disc is somehow deteriorated. It's like opaque

I certainly don't know how it happened. This disc has been in it's box for years. Any known way to save it?

Please help me I want to play smash
