Hardware Wii U IO Shield spare part

My Wii U fell down and constantly freezes - The problem was that the back io shield from the mainboard is now bended and it has this weird characteristic, that it can bend-"popped" in and out - and that the problem. If its bendinto the direction of the mainboard, it bends the mainboard and the wii u freezes. Sometimes it happens when the Wii U is warm.
Bend it straight is not possible, so i want to buy a new one, BUT WHERE?

BTW I'm from germany, so it's better to order it in near of it

It's probably shorting contacts on the mainbaord, don't let any metal touch the mainboard except on it's earthing points (Usually where the screw holes are). Tis is extremely dangerous and could be damaging your Wii U

Can't be, I already tried to stick on the entire site a antistatic plastic qrap and no difference.
Where can I buy a reinplacement for that?
