Hardware Wii U deleting DLC by itself

First of all I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place.

So I was going to play Smash 4 for example I noticed my DLC wasn't there I was like huh I don't remember deleting my DLC So I redownloaded it since I bought the DLC and not pirated and I went to play it again and the DLC was missing again.

I do have a redNAND that autoboots using CBHC it's confusing me as to why it deleting my DLC

So if anyone knows why this could be happening please let me know.

it's no longer happening I have no clue why It did it but now it's on my USB and it's still there.
