The Wii U turns on when I press the power button. The LED stays blue for maybe half a second, blinks red 3 times really quickly (like, really quickly) and then turns purple. After that, the drive whirs twice and then clicks only twice before going silent. The console doesn't turn on the Gamepad but the Gamepad turns on the console before complaining it can't find it. Before this, I was trying to remove an sdusb patch from system memory over FTP, and everything was fine until I tried to switch back to Aroma from Tiramisu. Is it possible to save the Wii U or am I cooked?

Also I'd like to add that I'm 99% certain I don't have a Hynix NAND chip. I think It's Samsung.

You have ISFShax installed then, place fw.img from isfshax at your SD root and press power button timely when boot, like you are going into CMOS/BIOS on PC, then you should enter minute menu.

With due respect, if you have no idea what the minute can do, why install ISFShax in the first place?

Read again you first post, you just removed SDUSB from SLC, then maybe you tampered some system files?

Another possibility might be you just got incorrect aroma files on your SD

back up all files under SD:/wiiu, delete everything and download aroma from https://aroma.foryour.cafe/ and try again.

I'm sorry, I was typing up a reply yesterday but my laptop crashed and I forgot about it. I was able to fix the issue by using the patch (SD) option on the minute menu, then using the ftpiiu plugin on aroma to delete the usb partition patch. Thank you to everyone who replied to this thread.
what happens if you boot without SD?
If you'd still like to know, basically the same thing.
