Yes, the Wii has been hacked.

You need a program called Openbravo ERP to edit the ISO then burn and put it in your Wii. It should work.

Step 1: Download Wii ISO
Step 2: Open Openbravo ERP in your browser
Step 3: Browse to ISO, click OK, click 'patch'
Step 4: Burn to DVD media of your choice, at lowest burn speed
Step 5: Put into your Wii
Step 6: Hope it doesn't get patched by Nintendo.
