I've been coding a homebrew game but the 88 MB of RAM in the Wii is proving a rather stubborn bottleneck. To that end I've been searching for ways to add "more RAM" in the form of a page file, at first via USB and then by GameCube memory card, but their data transfer rates appear to be clocked just too slow to be effective page files. Now I'm looking towards using the NAND as some extra memory instead. I know of some homebrew does this already (the N64 emulator Not64 uses a page file at the most 50-something MB in size) but what I want to do this for requires just a *bit* more memory (on terms of 150 - 200+ MB).

So to find how fast I'd need a would-be page file to be, I need to know the clocks on the read/write speeds of the NAND. If a schematic diagram of the Wii's internals with this information exists, I'd love to have that as well so I don't have to poke around the web so much for answers. Thanks.
