Homebrew Wii Gamecube mode error

For some reason when i bo up a gamecube iso it loads up perfect but doesnt respond to my controller.
Yes my controller does work i've played a full match of brawl right after this error happened. Idk why it isnt working in gamecube mode now, but it use to. If anyone can help at all please reply?

What app are you using to boot Gamecube ISOs?

O sorry i got this working later on that day. I just unistalled my diso mios and reinstalled it and it worked
