Hardware Wii does not turn on issue

Hello, yesterday my cousin gave me a Wii that doesn't turn on. Basically I already open it, and everything looks fine. But there's no red/green LED or even Video/Audio output.

I already cleaned the motherboard, I cleaned everything, I tried with 3 different AC adapters, and still doesn't turn on.

Any solution?

Could be a bad Bluetooth/Wifi board or a bad drive controller.

I already checked if there is voltage in the motherboard, and yes, there is, but there's no way to turn it on...
