Hacking wii console

hi i have got another will console and would like to know if it can be soft or hard modded , serial number is lef70059147 thanks for your help

Any Wii console (Including Wii mode of WiiU but excluding Wii Mini) can be soft modded.
As for hard modding, it isn't necessary since it only enables region free(which can be done by USB loaders/Priiloader) and load backup disks(which can be done by darkcrop/neogamma)(By using WODE it lets you read wbfs files)

Go to the website above and type in your Serial number and see if you have a drive prior to D3-2(excluding D3-2)
if you do, the you can install a mod chip, or you can't . Because drives after and D3-2 lost the ability to read DVD-R disks.

Edit: from the website it seems that you have D4 drive.
