Easy Setup for Homebrew

Wii Brew SD Installer is a Windows application by Big Bang Theory that installs everything you need to get homebrew up and running on your Wii. This version is compatible with every version of Wii firmware, including the October 23rd update. The files insalled are:

* Twilight Hack Files 0.1beta1
* Homebrew Channel Beta 9
* Homebrew Browser v0.2.3b

well i went into the folder called __MACOSX wanted to see what was inside it there was only 1 program i opend it & i got some wierd msg saying it was illigal & that it would now be closed

Okay, that may be my fault. I think you are getting a Windows error message. Can anyone else download this file and tell me they are getting an error? I think I may have zipped the file wrong.

I DID IT ON MY BROTHERS WII AND IT WAS FINE, SRRY FOR CAPS IT FROZE THE FIRST TIME HAD TO UNPLUG WII TRIED AGAIN AND IT WORKED!! JUST DONT LOOK INSIDE OF THE MAC FOLDER

Nice program, this'll make setting up homebrew a lot easier for me mates. Quick question: Do you need to have a Zelda save file on the SD card before running the program?

No, the program can install the zelda save file on your sd card if you want.

I think it just puts all the necessary files in the right places on your sd card so after you install the twilight hack everything is already set up.

Exactly. You still need to copy the save file from the SD card to your wii and run the zelda hack. It'll start the homebrew channel installer and then you can use homebrew directly on it without using the zelda hack.

Exactly. Just tried it and it worked perfectly. Just run the Twilight Hack and you're gold.

This program only copy the zelda save file, the homebrew channel installer and some apps for HBC on your SD card. When you run the zelda hack it'll load sd_card:\boot.dol
