doesnt it "scrub" the general area...I was under the assumption that no re-signing took place to it doesnt actually change/move content just "guesses where to scrub" Hard to explain?
No - it replaces the update partition with an earlier partition that doesn't contain an update.
As the earlier partition is a valid one, and actually a complete copy of a Nintendo bit of code, then there are no issues with running. Legally though......
