Hacking Wii 00000045.app

Can anyone tell me a quick and easy way to gain access to the original 00000045.app file Its the PAL one. I have been messing around with my friends wii and have totally screwed up the system menu. I only have access to a computer and a memory stick, as im currently at my friends house, so i need a fast way to fix it before he comes back lol.

download the semi-brick fix disk and extract it from there.

Especially behind their back o_o

Or use FTPii to dump the file or FS dumper to dump the whole system and get the file. FS Dumper is safer because if you need a dump of your wii later, you have it.

guys ive got hold of the semi brick fix disk, how do i extract the files from the iso, its not a standard iso as its a wii one.
