Misc WIFI Roms using UFP

I have a Ultra Flashpass 512m card, similar to the Ninjapass DS Flash. Can you play wifi roms over the internet with these cards?

Do you need to play the roms without menu mode or can you play it with menu mode?

Anybody got a similar card as use wifi?

I have a DS flashed with flashme v7
