Bootleg games? You'd be better off buying a GBA flash cart, but if you're really wanting bootleg games, sorry, I don't know where

I have a DS with R4 and GB Micro with EZ 4. I buy other GB Micro for a Girl and I try to find a Bootlegs. I don´t live with he Girl and your mother have no idea of computers.

For Example, this game

http://cgi.ebay.es/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewIt...:MEWA:IT&ih=018

Is A Bootleg

The seller send is for France, and the Item is in Taiwan. Is a reseller, similar to Deal Extreme.

I try to find the Original Shop

"Whre i Found GBA Bootlegs" deserves to be a fad.

By the way, there is no "Original Shop" for these things, as it's highly illegal and any "shop" set up would be shut down immediatly.

I hate to endorse these things...but I feel like people need to know so they can AVOID them.

ioffer.com is OVERFLOWING with GBA bootlegs, multicarts, famiclones and knockoffs of all kinds. You'll see poorly hacked pokemon roms set to cartridge format, and pretty much every GBA game sold there is a fake. Don't go there looking for anything legit. :\

And in fact, a lot of these sellers have started branching out to ebay, selling bootlegs there by keeping the descriptions under the radar.

Things to look out for:

Crappy/off spec labels.
Lack of a box/manual
Mention that "battery might not work."
Mention that "game cannot be saved."
mentioning "China, Chinese import, Chinese version"
Presence of a Yu-gi-oh character on the front of a Pokemon game.

Don't get hosed!

Something like this may also be a good clue that it's fake:

I whistled for a cab and when it came near the license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror If anything I could say that this cab was rare but I thought man forget it "yo homes to Bel-Air" I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 and I yelled to the cabbie yo homes smell ya later
Looked at my kingdom I was finally there to sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel-Air.

It would be easy if he buys a flash cart, but he said that he's buying it for someone who has no idea how to use a flash cart, nor know anything about updating or download.. or even knowing the basics of a computer.

So yeah, bootleg is good for her since she won't be wondering what that little chip in the flash cart is and pulling it out.
