Most of the good horror games have zombies and blood and stuff. How the hell is a game gonna fit in the horror category without zombies and gore?

theres a ds game im not sure of the title which is like a horror verson of puzzle quest with eyeballs and other horror stuff and you fight zombies etc all in Japanese but i dont remember its name

1. simple ds series 32: the zombie crisis
2. english of the dead. [remake of house of the dead 2 except an english lesson]
