Q: Does the DSTT support the EZ 3in1?
A: GBA game loading is supported using Rudolph's ExpPack Tool. RAM and rumble do not work natively.

I heard that they give you random color of rampack and you cannot choose colour, wonder is that true ?

If they offered alternate colours, you could probably as your retailer for a specific one.

From the official GBAtemp review,

Q: Do the extra paks always come in a mix of black/white?
A: I received two sets of the DSTT, one with both paks in white and one with one white, one black. I believe it’s luck of the draw which colour set you get. Rumble paks are always white, however the GBA paks can be either black or white.

They'd probably have to open the box and check to verify it, there might be no other way of knowing, so I guess if you don't mind, the retailer might do that for you.

Oh and back to piggyrosa, RAM will help some homebrew that run slower/laggy without it (e.g. DSLinux GUI version) and it can be used for the DS Browser.

That link has two versions, one comes by itself and the other comes with a rumble. No GBA expansion.

The GBA expansion pack that used to sometimes comes bundled with the DSTT is the eWin 2-in-1. You can still buy the DSTT, GBA expansion, and rumble together here for $46: http://www.ebuyrealm.com (I don't know how reputable this store is).

You can sometimes find the eWin 2-in-1 GBA expansion pack and the eWin rumble pack separately (psxboy.com usually has the eWin 2-in-1 but has been out of stock for several weeks).

The EZFlash 3-in-1 works pretty much the same with the DSTT, so that's a decent alternative (it actually comes with a rumble built in, although not as good as the $3 eWin rumble).
