Hacking Where are Savegames Stored G6 Real?

My Specs -

NDS Lite
G6 DS Real 16Gbit
Firmware v.2.3

Where are the savegames stored? are they the .0 files?
I dont think so because I tried deleteing one of the .0 files for a certain game, and when I went on that game,
My Saved Progress was still there?

How should I go about backing up savedgames from my flashcart onto my computer?

They are indeed the .0 files, copy paste to your comp to back them up. Sometimes the last game played will have the save stored in the RAM? Might be why there still there..
