Homebrew What version do i install

so i got a package to downgrade to 9.2 (I will not give the website name here) But it came with all these 0004001, and 0004009 and then .cia what do i do with em all?
(also sry if this is a really stupid question)

If they're all .cia, I think you need to place the folder containing them on the root of your SD Card then launch sysUpdater. It should detect them all.

Don't quote me on this, but after getting all the .cia's, make a folder called "updates" in the root of the SD, then put them in there. Just launch sysupdater from homebrew, and downgrade. If you plan on using CFW, 9.2.20-U/E/J is your best bet.
