I remember seeing it years ago, but I don't remember if it was a fake, a game that was never released, or just an early version of one of the already released games. And I can't find any info on it. It looks like it would be OoT though.

Anyone know?

That wasn't a remake, it was a port, and you got it from buying a silver GC at one point.

there are a bunch of mock screenshots/concept art for OOT to be remade on the gcn, I think they were just drawn by a fan, but they still looked pretty cool

Found it on xbox forums of all places. The post just says "Ocarina of Time (N64)". But I know that's not from the N64.

GameCube Ocarina of Time Confirmed! This news is currently for Japan only, but the mere existance that this does indeed exist is spectacular news. Furthermore, it comes as a free bundle-in with pre-orders of the upcoming cel-shaded game. IGN reports: "those who pre-order the title in Japan will get a special Campaign disc with Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time (GC) and Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time (GC Ura)." Ura-Zelda is to finally make an appearance. Whew. These are fake, but I remember you could patch the OOT N64 rom to make it look fancy somehow. Anyone remember this?

The "patch" was probably one of the high-def texture packs for Project64. There's also one that replaces the textures with Wind Waker-like ones.

i have oot on the GC as it came free with wind waker but never played it as the graphics are shit (yeah im a snob lol) but i'd play it if i could get some high res textures, a mate tells me its brilliant
