Hacking What now?

My wii is stuck at a screen with white garbage all over it.

I tried using DOP Ios v.7 to install ios60 with IOS249...

running system menu 4.1, ntsc-u wii.

I installed with Sig Hash Check and there's garbage.

Is it safe to reboot my wii or is it doing something?

Went back to system menu just fine... but I guess I should try DOP IOS v.6?

Can anyone explain this?
