But if I put both files into the drive, and then open USB Loader GX on my Wii, wouldn't there be two disks there? How do I know which one to open if i wanna play the game? (same with ssbb)
There will only be one game there. The USB Loaders know what to do with split games

Oh, thank you very much. But how do I split the Super Smash Bros. Brawl game into two parts without converting it? Or do i have to convert it to iso and then convert it back? Because I want to try to transfer it to the hard drive when its under 4G and see if it works...

The first game worked (the one that I converted from iso to wbfs in the start), and I deleted Brawl and am now downloading another version that is already split just like the original.. Dunno if it'll work but - have to try something since noone seems to be interrested in answering here atm.. Anyway so long, and thanks for all the fish:)

Don't copy the file manually with the explorer. use WiiBackupManager to transfer a game to your drive.
It will split it automatically if needed. It will even rename the folder correctly with the GameID, etc.
