Hacking What is the best HDD setup.

I just bought a new 2TB WD 2.5" HDD to replace my Iomega HDD which I don't think will last much longer after my last one started to die on me. On the Iomega I use two different partitions. I have a FAT32 for my homebrew and what not while the other partation has all the Wii games on it but I forget what it's formatted as.

I've heard about keeping it all on FAT32 and splitting the ISOs and everything but I was wondering what is the best way to go in peoples opinion. Thanks for your responses and help.

Format it to FAT32, use Wii Backup Manager to transfer the files. It will automatically scrub unnecessary partitions and split files for you.
