Hacking What happens when using a pirated DSiware game when installing boot9strap with DSiware method?

In the guide,it says a pirated version will not work and i have to purchase it but what exactly will happen if tried it? And is there any other way around?

It wont transfer because nintendos transfer thingy only transfers legit titles

The main part of dsiwarehax is transferring from one hacked 3ds to a unhacked system. Pirated titles won't transfer with system transfer, hence the guide saying you can't.
