PS1/2 what fps to get

Fallout 3, if you're looking for a single player experience.

Otherwise, Resistance 2.

I'd go with Fallout. It's absolutely amazing.

Get Fallout 3 for single player like mentioned above.
If you are looking for multiplayer experience, then it is a matter of opinion between CoD:WaW, and R2 (I'd go with CoD).

R2 or COD (I'd go with 4 over WAW, but it's up to you) if you want multiplayer.

If you want single player and haven't played it yet, get Bioshock without a doubt. Far Cry 2 is also a good pick with a long and engaging single player experience (provided you're not a boring person who takes on every enemy encounter the same way).

Fallout 3 is a great RPG, but not a great FPS. Still, it's an excellent game if that's what you're looking for.

Dead Space is also great but not an FPS. It's 3rd person action-horror, similar to RE4. Again, if that's what you're looking for...

And yeah, Endwar.... Why isn't this topic "What game to get?" as more than half of these are not FPS's

I heard having 60 players is confusing, but to me the more the merrier. I don't own a ps3 but I'd recommend that game above anything else on that system. Would be fun to have 60 players in a game at one time

All good games, but why not flex the PS3's exclusivity muscle and get R2 first. The COD games are good, I would recommend 4 though. Next is between Dead Space and Fallout 3. If you like Resident Evil, go for Dead Space. Otherwise get Fallout 3.
