I really wanted to play sonic CD but the Genesis Plus does not work with this particular game. What other emulators on the wii can I use to run this game? Is Yabause Wii a good choice.

As of now, the only real way to play Sonic CD, is through Sonic Gems Collection. But...that's for GCN.

Seeing as Genesis Plus GX is just a port of an older open source PC emulator, which AFAIK didn't support Sega-CD attachment (Its way more than just a CD interface for the Genesis, it had its own built in RAM and CPU and provided a substantial hardware boost). I doubt we will see Sega-CD support added to Genesis Plus (who knows, maybe they are working on it).
