Expansion RAM double sized to 128Mb. What does this mean. Im pretty sure it wouldn't have 128MB RAM.

It means it has 128 megabits of RAM which is 16 megabytes.

Not a 128 megabytes.

Mb = Megabits
MB - Megabytes
