I'm just curious to see what everyone else uses their 3DS for. Hacked or not. I personally am only into game cheats using my Gateway (specifically Mario Kart 7) I'd love to hear what everyone else does because I'm starting to get a little bored of hacking one game.

I have a burning passion for game designing, so I like to use my (N)3DS for developing games! :)

It's good practice for me because I would really like to step into the actual industry of game developing in the future!

Right now, playing games that otherwise i wouldn't have played. Maybe in the future i could develop small games or apps, there's some ideas i want to test.

Playing games I've been meaning to play. Replaying legend of zelda: oracle of seasons at the moment. Then to metroid II. Because it's nice playing on a huge backlit screen and notice details and elements I didn't notice when I first played them as a kid.

But really, just playing games for an hour or two every a week or so. It's all this school course-load will allow.

For playing games, but also for statistical analysis. You can actually estimate the number of 3DS users within an area by using StreetPass and a modified "mark-release-recapture" technique. This provides some interesting information about the number of 3DS users nearby such as favourite games and regions, as well as how these patterns change over different days of the week/months.
