I never had Homebrew Acces on this thing :( so what can I do with it? I installed with Ape Monkey the VHBL bubble and with the molecularShell ^^

Vita Half-Byte Loader (HBL) is an open source Homebrew Loader for the Sony PSP and the PS Vita. It allows to play fan-made games on any PSP and PS Vita. HBL allows you to run emulators based on many game consoles for example the Game Boy, Nintendo 64, Sega Megadrive, NES, Super NES… and many other applications.

I've been using VHBL since 3.35, using a method never patched by Sony, and I've mainly used it for emulators. VHBL is basically able to run PSP homebrews on your Vita. If you look up some PSP homebrews, Wololo is a good site, you can use them on VHBL.
