Hacking What can I do with Old 3DS Taiwan?

So, as the title mentioned.
I have Old3ds TWN Region with 11.0.0.28T firmware version.
Can I install b9s+luma cfw without hardmod or dsiware or ntrboothax? because Information given from plailect guide mentions nothing about Taiwan region, and soundhax+browserhax seem don't support TWN region.

You could try the US files. If it doesn't work, Taiwan systems seem to be rare and you could get a good price on ebay for it.

Soundhax is the main entry point for 9.0.0 to 11.3.0, browserhax should work afaik see: https://github.com/yellows8/3ds_browserhax_common/commit/de81f2535ddf415d0a42946ec5d126a6477e01a2

to totally ignore these complications, I really suggest you do it via Hardmod.
