What are some good (affordable) vulkan capable tablets?

AFAIK, any Android tablet that has an Adreno 4xx GPU or greater supports Vulkan, as well as Nvidia's Shield Tablet, and most of Mali's later GPU entries as well, so a fair few support Vulkan so long as they use Android 7.0.

So tl;dr, look for any tablet with Android 7.0 and an Adreno 4xx, Tegra K1, or various Mali GPUs. There are likely dozens of different models, ranging from large hardware manufacturers like Samsung to the millions of unbranded Chinese tablets.
