I'm on 3.52 firmware, which is capable of using the email exploit. Like I said before, I offer a service to make and share these ePSP exploits with users on newer firmwares.

But you may instead want to see if eCFW becomes available on 3.60 with the new HENkaku exploit.

I'll use your service. Though, at the moment, I can only access QCMA, downloading applications directly to the Vita through PSN wont work, but my Vita is activated. What demo should I get if my region is US?

You won't need to download anything from the Playstation Store. You'll just need to copy the content to your Vita with QCMA. I have a more complete guide in my thread here.
