I actually managed to find and download this weird app too, I just had to look under "All"

if ur wondering what send killer notif does it sends a notification to the gamepad that turns it off

so i was looking around on nusspli and i saw this weird app named c so i tried downloading it and it has a ton of dev options like send killer notification and the splash is something like drc dummy when you launch it. ill post a pic when i can
