Weird white dots artefacts in PLA

Hello,
I'm currently playing Legends Arceus on my switch, no rom loader, legit download
I'm a bit far in the game and entered the cave of Coronet
However, when i entered the cave, there were lot of small white dots artefacts around characters
As characters were moving while idle, dots would disappear and other appeared at the same time.
Take a look at the pics and tell me what you guys think please

To be fair my 10 yr old son loves the game play but even he has mentioned the graphical glitches.
