Weird ??? Mii on Friends List

When I opened friends list, it popped up saying "You are now friends with ." The profile is still in my list. The nickname and NNID are both "???" and the message/status thing is set to "Steve Harvey"? There's no icon, and I also cant save the mii or go to their Miiverse profile.

I'm so confused
