One more thing xD: You can also install a program (https://github.com/Cruel/freeShop/releases) that allows you to download any game from the eShop for free. Yeah, this is how advanced the 3DS hacking scene is.

So, if you want it, then do the following:

- Go to FBI on your 3DS
- Select "QR Code Install" (you need wifi on)
- Scan this QR code:

- Wait for it to install
- Open the program (it's called freeShop and the logo is similar to the normal eShop)
- Click on the Settings icon and choose "Update" tab
- Check "Auto-update title keys from URL
- Click on the little icon that looks like a QR code
- Google "3ds title keys", click the first link then click on the QR code button net to the download encTitleKeys.bin button.
- Scan that QR code on your 3DS
- And you're done. Restart freeShop and download any game you want: for FREE!! (You can also download games from other regions)

And one more thing: A9LH requires the SD card to boot. ATM your 3DS won't boot without your SD card. Keep that in mind.

Yeah. It's basically an eShop clone that lets you download any game directly from the eShop. For free.
AFAIK, it uses a ticket system, in which it installs a ticket in your console and tells Nintendo that you own that game and thus you can "re-download" it.
From a security point, it's probably risckier than installing CIA's. However, ATM, noone was banned from doing this. So, I would say enjoy it while Nintendo doesn't patch it.

No, actually Freeshop reads Title IDs and keys from encTitleKey.bin. This is sorta similar to in CIAngel how you can enter a title ID and (decrypted?) title key to download the content

This is true OP unless you get ShadowNAND or the latest commit of A9LH.

I mean copying to a safe place my
-3DS folders
and
-Nintendo3DS (with all the titles folders in it)

what do you mean? using "freeShop" is fine. you could also download using the same titlekeys/things on your computer if you want with something like CDN-FX.
